*Auto-Cleaning

Being set a film covering the whole ink fountain plate, motor drive automatically winds the film and removes ink.

 

* Side-Blade

It is easily detachable with using a magnet method and possible to be cleaned individually.  Moreover the range of the ink fountain is changeable at will corresponding to the width of a printed matter.  Furthermore surplus ink on the sides of swing rollers will be returned back to the fountain roller through the ductor roller and can be scratched by the doctor blade.

 

* Ink Calling-Back Mechanism

At the same time of film winding operation, the doctor blade contacts with the fountain roller.  Therefore ink on the fountain roller scratched by the doctor blade and feed into the doctor pan.

 

* Automatic Operation

In case the stand-by SW on the handy SW is being ON, it will automatically start cleaning operation at the same time inker rollers get started cleaning.  Also in case of being ON the manual SW on the handy SW, it will perform the cleaning operation individually at will.

 

* Accuracy

Ink density of actual printed matter is accurately  controlled on 0.05% resolution level with the ink graph data previously made at the resolution of 0.05% unit.

 

* Repetition

By disitizing the amount of ink, it will be accurately duplicated with the same resolution when its repeat printed.

Moreover, once the data is made, it can be saved in hard disk or USB connectable media.

 

* Compliance

It will keep the ink density constant as it provides a function of the speed correction operating correspondingly to the printing speed variation.

 

* Reduction

It provides stable operation from the initial rise.  Therefore, the loss of printing paper is reduced down to 1/10 of what used to be wasted in the former process.

For the first time in this industry, we have made the clearance between the ink fountain and the fountain roller constant.  This makes the ink density stable no matter how much the ink rack varied.

The stability of a  constant ink density will not be affected by long run operation nor the ink replenishment.  The continuance of stability remains.

It provides a solution to the density change to the printing matter that is caused by the surplus ink concentrating on both sides of the plate.  Our ink collector mechanism can collect the surplus ink and return to the ink fountain.
